There are so many good, young goaltenders out there right now. Lundqvist and Leclaire are two that come to mind and I would love to build a team around either one of them. They look cool under pressure, face lots of shots, and both have a very good save percentage ... which should be the yardstick of all goalies.

Brodeur, Brodeur.

They got it RIGHT! Luongo is the BEST!!!! Cheers Roberto! Thought you guys were gonna comeback and beat those Ducks last year.

Goalies' World has obviously taken its eye off the centre of the hockey universe - T.O. How could they ignore the Leafs' new goaltender - his name escapes me?

In my mind they got it right. All one has to do is remember the playoff game against Dallas last year and his play in the World Cup couple of years ago. Roberto is the heir apparent to Martin Brodeur.

Miikka Kiprusoff is one of the best goalies in the world, if not the best. Sure, Luongo had a great year, but he hasn't been as consistent as Kipper, nor has he led his team to the Stanley Cup final.
Steve Wilson, 2007-12-20 13:14:21
Miikka Kiprusoff is the best goalie, and for him not to be included, these people dont know what hockey is!
Aaron Zimmerman, 2007-12-20 12:22:40
Miikka Kiprusoff is the best goalie, in the NHL, just look at whats happening now, Kipper has won his last six, the other goalie, are being consistant!
Aaron Zimmerman, 2007-12-20 12:20:57
Rick DiPietro is better than me or Roberto.
Henrik Lundqvist, 2007-12-20 12:13:49
