All Star for a Prospect? This seems like a desperate GM trying to do something instead of nothing. The only problem in Toronto is JP...wake up and signs some serious free agents or make a trade to better the organization not throw the Jays into the continuous rebuilding stage that is JP!

Interesting comment, Lincecom has barely scratched the surface of his potential.What is Rios chopped liver, the man is just coming into his own and will probably be a superstar within the next two years. JP you want to make a trade, why not JP back to Oakland in exchange for Billy Beane's jock strap and if he doesn't wear one then it's an even trade.

This trade proposal makes no sense. Why would you trade an allstar for a prospect? Unless there is something they're not telling us, there is no logic to this trade.
