This new "almost anything goes" stuff seems like it's just a bunch of no-name hoodlums.

For the most part ufc is much superior to boxing. The big names like Ali and Foreman are gone. People in the sport like King have totally decimated the sports reputation. Yeah the grappling can be boring but usually if both fighters stand toe to toe the fight only lasts a minute or so. Take the good with the bad and the ufc still is a much better product.

Wayne you should check out the PPV on December the 29th. Hughs VS. ST.Pierre and Liddel VS. Silva. I could be wrong but this is the makings of a good PPV. Liddel wants a chance at his belt. He will probly fight harder than ever before. Both Hughs and St.Pierre want to win the rubber match, plus Hughs wants to avenge his previous loss St.Pierre. The pre fights probably wont be very good though. Endure those and you should get to see a good fight.
