Who's missing from the Hockey Hall of Fame? Fri, November 9, 2007
With all the recent debate of Eric Lindros' Hall of Fame credentials following his retirement announcment, the Hockey Hall of Fame will induct five big names from the game on Nov. 12.
But there are certainly some names that the hall has not called upon yet that deserve to be there. Players who have done a lot on the ice during their career. Players who have won Stanley Cups, amassed a large amount of points or have been great leaders for a long period of time.
Who do you think is missing from the hall? A long-forgotten name or a recent retiree? Tell us what you think in our forum.
Why all the fuss about Lindros and Neely. Clearly, it's not about Stanley Cups and points! If it was Glenn Anderson won more and had 50% more points that both of the aforementioned. What gives? If your career is cut short by injury, your in the HOF! It's a freaking popularity contest.

Sometimes it's don't seem like who they are going to induct into the Hall Of Fame...It's who they're going to keep out. Many many players who have contributed far more to hockey than some that are in are not even given a passing glance when nominations come up....SHAME...SHAME ...SHAME

The TORONTO MAPLE LEAFS should be there, for being Hockey's greatest ambassadors and CANADA'S TEAM

How did Steve Yzerman not get an exemption like some other great players did? Paul Henderson scored a couple of goals in 1 series and does not belong in the hall for that alone.John Druce scored 14 goals in 1 playoff year,Does he belong there? Lindros has done more for the game in recent years than Henderson ever has and he does not belong in the hall either

Only one I ever think of is Goaltender Rogie Vachon; Montreal, LA, Detroit and Boston. Won Stanley Cup and Vezina. Sensational in leading Canada to the first Canada Cap.

I think Dino Ciccarelli should be in the Hall. He scored 608 career goals and totaled 1200 points over 19 seasons. Another player that comes to mind is Bernie Nicholls, who amassed 1209 points in 1127 games over 18 seasons.
