Hockey is my sport of choice as far as entertainment value, and I don't think there's a faster game looking at the choices. I've played all of the sports at various levels and found hockey the most difficult to play well. As far as physical conditioning though, soccer would have to be at the top.

Overall, hockey has the best and most skilled athletes in my opinion.

Basketball has the best athletes. How many times have we heard that the center fielder or the wide receiver was also a lettered basketball player. If you can play basketball then you have the hands and agility to play any sport.
