Tired of the constant verbal attacks from Anaheim GM Brian Burke, Kevin Lowe and Craig MacTavish both launched counter punches at The Mouth That Roared. Burke, still upset that Edmonton signed Dustin Penner to a five-year offer sheet last summer, mugged for the TSN cameras on Tuesday, griping about the "colossal stupidity of what the Edmonton Oilers did."
Lowe responded yesterday by calling Burke an "egomaniac" and a "blowhard," and MacTavish likened him to a media puppet.
I hardly welcomed you back, you assuming means only 1 thing, you make an fool of yourself.
