Have your say about Chris Benoit
Thu, September 13, 2007

Canadian Pro wrestler Chris Benoit suffered brain damage from his years in the ring that could help explain why he killed his wife, son and himself, a doctor who studied Benoit’s brain said Wednesday.

Steroid use also has lingered as a theory, since anabolic steroids were found in the home and tests conducted by authorities showed Benoit had roughly 10 times the normal level of testosterone in his system when he died.

As we are finally coming to an conclusion to this tragic ending to 3 lives on this planet, there is not a wrestling fan in the world(not matter how you might feel about him now)can ever say Chris Benoit was not one of the human highlight ever to bless that ring. Whether its the flying headbutts off the top rope or the german suplexes. Inside that ring there was no one better. Whatever the case may be, I just hope like the rest of the real wrestling world will be glad that Nancy, Daniel, And Chris can rest in Peace. And finally I just want to say, once again another steroid scandal comes into the light and Vinnie Mac wants to hide and have nothing to do with it. If you want to show the world your not into whatever happened to BENOIT, show CHRIS the wrestler some dam respect and let the fans mourn. Cause you see Vince if they cant pin it on you then they want to get the DR who gave those drugs to him. And sooner or later someone is going to sing like a bird, VINCE. Time to take one for the team and make things right...once way or another.....

I will alway remember Chris Benoit as one of the best technical wrestlers of all time (Top 3).

Obviously, he had some major mental problems. This is not wwe's fault or steroids. Recently their was a cop in the U.S.A. that murdered his wife and 3 daughters and then killed himself. No one is saying roid rage in this case.

Besides all details of this case have yet to be released (like toxicalogy reports etc.)

i dont think that chris did it.he loved his family alot and wouldnt do something like the story dosnt add up every news channel is saying something differnt.also its weird that chavo was with eddie the weekend he died and at chris's a week before that aguring over a private thing.they should ivestigate chavo and get their stories last thing they called it a thriple homocide until they found steriods so nothing ads up.chris didnt do it. it was a homocide on all of them.

You gotta love all the child-killer apologists and their talking point 'we'll never know what happened, so let's forget about it all and remember 'the legend' that was Chris Benoit'

Sorry, but the moment he decided to kill 2 people, 'who' he was no longer matters. 'who' he became does.

He was a cold blooded killer who murdered a woman and her child. Period.

Anyone here trying to defend his actions need to take a serious look at who they worship and why. Jack Bauer would be proud of all these little apologists. His propeganda seems to be working.

I also think it's pathetic that Sun Media would dedicate a tribute site to a kid killer. speaks volumes

For all WWE fans I am one myself and Chris Benoit was one of my favorite wrestlers and he will always be one of my favorites, but to all the WWE fans who say 'he would never do that' did yuo know him personly? I mean long term? If you didn't know him personly how do you know what he could or couldn't do? you only saw what he was like on TV as someone said and I quote "we all didn't know the Chris Benoit behind close doors" I totaly agree...He will always be a great wrestler, even if he did kill his wife and son, now I'm not saying he did do it but I'm saying he might have, and all the fans who have their heads to far up there behind to see it might have been him, Get a clue!

I can't believe you are still going on with this fiasco.

Just because he was a wrestler doesn't make him any different from any other killer.

I can't understand why people would want to still idolize him.

And now their are trying to put the blame on someone else.

Enought is enough!!!!

Wait a minute. Ok, The Sun reports that Benoit placed his little boy in his signature move, the Cross face. This is a submission hold, not a choke hold. Was the intent to weaken the boy then suffocate him?

Over at TMZ, it is reported now that both sets of families deny Daniel had any conditions or issues.

Expect more turns and twists. I wonder now if there will ever be a conclusion?

It's been a whole week and I still can't get this tradgedy out of mind.I keep thinking about his wife fighting for both hers and her child's life.I'm sick to my stomach over this.We remember the Chris Benoit on T.V.But we all didn't know the Chris Benoit behind close doors. What was going on in his head. We'll never know. But he'll never know the aftermath that he's left.I wonder did he lie to his little boy?Was he smiling when his dad he trusted put him in that last wrestling hold.I think these question will always linger in my mind.

Great athlete? Legend? This guy and anyone who defends him are sorry excuses for human beings.

I've seen the "coudln't have done this cause he had a title shot" and "maybe "his wife" killed their son and he killed her for it". GET A CLUE. "his wife" is Nancy and I personally knew her for over 20 years. She would NEVER have hurt her child. NEVER. As a matter of fact, she would have fought like a tiger because she would have KNOWN that when he was done with her, he would hurt her baby.

Who knows why he did it, but he is a cold blooded, despicable, deliberate murderer and he deserves NOTHING except to be IGNORED AND FORGOTTEN forever. I hope he BURNS for this
