Every draft is pretty uneventful, except for a few trades here and there.
Only the very top players are headlined and we don't really know about the third and fourth line players. Once you get past the first 5 picks or so, it's always a roll of the dice.

for a leaf fan it certainly was uneventfull!
we still have mccabe, he plays so poorly we would have to pay his new jersey team to take him off our hands ferguson is still our gm and has lead us into no picks at the draft, least wise none worth mentioning! and so late they could have been picked next year!

Have to agree. It was entirely forgettable except for the uncertainty surrounding Chereponov and Esposito - i.e., how low could they go? There weren't any trades of great significance simply because no one was prepared to give up what it would have taken to slip into the top 3, and after that the talent from 4 to 30 could be covered with a dime.
