The new Boston Bruins logo, was displayed on a jersey at the team’s logo launch party in Boston. The team also added a bear to both shoulders of the new jersey.

Great secondary logo! For those thinking this is their primary logo or a "3rd jersey" logo, it's only the shoulder patch. They'll still have the spoked B as their primary logo. 3rd jerseys aren't allowed this season.

For those commenting on the logo above, you do understand that this is only worn on the shoulders of the new jersey I hope. The primary logo is still the spoked 'B' with a slight tweak.

None of the original "6" NHL teams need to change their logos. The Bruins' new logo looks like one of those sign along northern highways warning of bear crossings.

Boston should have kept the classic spoked 'B'. Hopefully this one only gets used a few times a 3rd jersey or something.
