Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick was sentenced to 23 months in prison for his role in a dogfighting conspiracy that involved gambling and killing pit bulls.
What's your take on Michael Vick's prison sentence? Does it fit the crime? Tell us your opinion on his dogfighting case in our forum.
The whole thing is terribly stupid.

First off,I'm no fan of Michael Vick,and secondly I believe he's the MOST OVERRATED athlete since Eric Lindros.That said,we have O.J.Simpson,Robert Blake,Adam Jones,& Tank Johnson loose in society and Michael Vick gets 23 Months.Americanjustice on display for the World to see.One year would have been more than enough.I'm dying to see what Barry Bonds will get as punishment for lying to a Federal Grand Jury.I consider that a much more serious crime than Vick's!

I think this sentence is absolute crap and that the media needed to Witch Hunt another black athlete. Does it matter
We have game fixing from a WHITE official in the NBA, that gets no publicity. Why because we have Michael Vick who raised dogs for fighting. That is what pitbulls do and frankly the only reason why it is banned in the United States is that Big Brother can't track it to properly tax it. If taxable this would never have happened. In both the united states and Canada we allow alot more brutal sports. Anyhow, let the next witch hunt begin. Reggie Bush, Great work media. How about you report something newsworthy for once.

They should take some of the millions he has made and make him pay for the cost of prison.
