Do you think Daniel Alfredsson was aiming at the Ducks captain near the end of the second period?
Could this play be a turning point for the Ducks? Will it give them any extra motivation to finish off the Senators at home in Anahiem?
Have your say in our forum.
This is not the end of this story.

Alfredsson is dirty, period. I don't remember who he drilled from behind earlier this playoff (behind the net) but if Pronger had done it - 2 games. If Simon had done it - end of season, at least.
Where are the refs? Can anyone remember worse officiating? Touch a guy on the hands with the blade of your stick and watch out. Drill a guy in the head with an elbow and all you have to worry about is Campbell. Shoot a puck at a guy or give him 3 cross checks in the back (including one in the head) like Alfie did in the last couple of minutes to Beauchemin and if your name is Alfredsson, no penalty.
I'm pretty neutral watching this finals (Flames fan) but the way I see it Ottawa's got nothing to complain about from the lack of officiating. It's been largely in their favour.

just luck the tucker incident, just like the berard incident, just like heatley on bell slash, just like alfie on tallinder, barasso on perreault(2games), neil on drury, neil on gleason( this year on the icing, slashed his feet out from under him).
IT'S A COMPLETE CLASSLESS GROUP..
and finally HAHA again!!!
