The Sens are showing a lot of confidence this year. I feel a lot better about their chances of getting out of round 2 then last year.

The Sens will definitely go to the Cup. The record books show that against the Isles, Rangers and Devils, the Sens are the favourites; however, against teams like Buffalo or Tampa, not so much. This is a different team with a different mentality and swagger. Emery is the hottest goalie in the East and finally Redden and Phillips are showing that they deserve their contracts. Sens vs Flames for the Cup!

Rangers looked pretty good in wiping out Atlanta. New Jersey has Brodeur who will turn it up sooner or later. The Sabres were the class of the eastern conference all year and continue to be in the playoffs. Sens? I'm still not convinced they're for real this year. I like the Penguins but let's face it, they're not exactly tough, grizzled verterans. First playoffs for many of them. I say, Senators will go until they face Buffalo. Take Buffalo in 5. Zeppelin rules.

One more round for the Sens. I can't see them getting past the Rangers or the Devils (if Brodeur starts playing like Brodeur!). They choke every year and this year will be no different.
