Danielle Adams scored 25 points, grabbed 12 rebounds and blocked six shots to lead sixth-ranked Texas A&M to a 60-51 victory over No. 20 Iowa State at Hilton Coliseum.
Sydney Carter added 13 points and Maryann Baker chipped in 11 for the Aggies (17-1, 5-0 Big 12), who have won 11 in a row and snapped Iowa State's 19-game home winning streak.
Kelsey Bolte poured in 25 points and hauled down 12 boards for Iowa State (13-5, 1-3), which has dropped two straight and three of its last four. Lauren Mansfield contributed 13 points and six assists in defeat, but also committed eight of the Cyclones' 20 turnovers.
The Aggies carried a 29-26 lead to the break and opened the second half with a 13-4 run to build a 42-30 cushion. Iowa State still trailed by 12 with just under five minutes left, but trimmed the deficit to 56-51 with 90 seconds to play before Carter made four free throws to account for the final margin.
