COLLINGWOOD, ONT. - A judicial pre-trial has been scheduled in the case of a Toronto Raptor charged for impaired driving.

Jonas Valanciunas, 22, was charged by Huronia West OPP on April 7 with an over .80 blood-alcohol level. Police allege the Raptor centre drove a vehicle through a drive-thru restaurant in Wasaga Beach at around 2:30 a.m. that morning with open beer bottles in plain view.

Valanciunas was not in court Tuesday, but was represented by Etai Hilzenrat, acting as agent for the basketball star's lawyer Alan Gold.

Hilzenrat indicated his client was still awaiting disclosure on two items, notably audio from the 911 call placed to police that night, and the video from the in-custody interrogation.

A judicial pre-trial -- which is held to determine if a resolution can be reached with the crown, and to narrow down trial issues -- will be held June 9.
