Early returns indicate the Raptors are a better team without Rudy Gay, but you’re not going to get head coach Dwane Casey to come right out and say that.

Minus Gay, the team has won 3-of-4, not coincidentally garnering more than a third more assists per game compared to when Gay was around this season.
