TORONTO - Three good quarters outdid one horrifically bad one, but only for the Toronto Raptors on Friday night.

It took a big fourth quarter to get it done, but that’s just what the Raptors got as they ran the winning streak to two games and maintained its tenuous lead atop the Atlantic division with a 96-88 win over the visiting Washington Wizards.
