TORONTO - We don’t know how many minutes Raptors point guard Julyan Stone can expect this year. We don’t even know, assuming he gets minutes, that they will come at the point guard position.

Hell, he has to make the team first, but if minutes in the pre-season are any indication, the curve Stone is following is a good one.

He’s gone from a DNP-CD (did not play, coach’s decision) in the pre-season opener and then played from four minutes in Game 2 to almost 25 a night in the two most recent two games.

Stone, 24, will learn his Raptors fate next Monday by 5 p.m., when opening day rosters must be set.

What we do know already is that Stone has come as far as any of the 17 Raptors on the pre-season roster in the past three and a half months.
