TORONTO - Amir Johnson's off-seasons are rarely dull.

Johnson gets his work in like every other professional out there, but in truth, maintaining his fitness and strength comes rather naturally to the big man.

No matter where he is, whatever hotel or resort he happens to be visiting, there’s always a gym nearby to get his work in.

It allows him to spread his wings a little and see some parts of the world he might otherwise not see.

And make no mistake, Johnson is an avid traveller and sightseer.

In a little less than three weeks, Johnson turns 26. But rather than host a party for his friends and family, something Johnson has been known to do, he’s considering taking the show on the road and a potential birthday landing spot is Dubai.
