Fourth-quarter collapse does in Raps

LOS ANGELES - From the depths of their worst moment of the season, came what was shaping up to be a solid Raptors performance.

But, for what felt like the umpteenth time this season, it was just a tease.

For the better part of three quarters, the Raptors were right with the Los Angeles Clippers, who find themselves among the league’s top scoring units.
