Bosh warming up to Heat
Tells Miami paper Heat in 'top contention' for his services

Hold off on those visions of LeBron James and Chris Bosh teaming up.

A Bosh-Dwyane Wade pairing could be more likely. Bosh told the Miami Herald at a golf tournament in Miami Beach on Saturday: “Miami is in top contention. With the money they have, the cap space they have, the rights on Dwyane (Wade), him possibly staying. And just having a good organization; they are known as a first-class organization,” Bosh said.

However, he later added: “Everybody pretty much is on an even playing field until I hear what they have to say. I want to see things for myself, how they run everything, what their ideas are.”

He also said he is not interested in playing centre. Miami is without any centres on its roster.

Bosh said he plans to meet with the Heat and other teams some time next week, when he, Wade, LeBron James and a host of other stars officially become free agents.

In any case, a return to the Raptors gets less plausible by the day.

Bosh told the Herald a Yahoo.com report connecting him to James and the Bulls was false.

Will the Chicago Bulls win the championship without Derrick Rose?
  Absolutely
  Not a chance
  They wouldn't win with him
  I don't watch NBA
