Cleveland, OH - Toronto Raptors All-Star forward Chris Bosh was taken to a local hospital after being elbowed in the face during the first quarter of Tuesday's game against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Bosh was struck by Antawn Jamison and left the game bleeding from his nose and mouth. The injury occurred just 2:08 into the game. He headed to the Cleveland Clinic for a CAT scan.

Coming into the contest, Bosh was leading the Raptors with 24.3 points and 11 rebounds over 69 games this season.

The Raptors headed into Tuesday's action leading Chicago by a game for the eighth spot in the Eastern Conference. The Bulls were hosting Milwaukee Tuesday. Toronto hosts the Bulls on Sunday.
