MONDAY AT MINNEAPOLIS, MINN.

FAIR AND FOUL

The Raptors didn't help their own cause in the first half when they failed to get to the free-throw line even once. You might try to blame the refs but the fact that no one in a Raptors uniform was going to the rim made that awfully tough. The T-Wolves on the other hand got there 10 times and converted eight of those shots.

NO-TOUCH RULE

Hedo Turkoglu is quickly surpassing Amir Johnson as the Raptor most likely to get whistled. Turkoglu had three fouls midway through the second quarter and after being called for the third infraction, he threw up his hands and stormed off the court stopping only long enough to wonder aloud if he was allowed to touch anyone.

ROUGH START

DeMar DeRozan, who has been a much more aggressive in getting to the basket of late, slipped back to some old habits and settled for jumpers in the first quarter. The fact that he missed his first five didn't help matters any.

FAMILIAR FACE

On the Timberwolves bench as a developmental coach is former Raptor Darrick Martin.

UGLY BALL

Tough to tell if either team wanted to win this game in the first half. Neither side managed to reach 40% from the field and neither was playing particularly good defence.
