Forget Christmas. Joey Graham has the date four days earlier circled on his calendar.

That is the day Graham will face his twin brother Stephen for the first time in an NBA game as the Raptors face the Rockets in Houston.

Stephen, born 10 minutes after Joey, became the third player to be a CBA-to-NBA callup this year when he joined the Rockets Saturday.

"He told me Friday that he was going to get called up but I already knew," Joey said after the Raptors practised yesterday. "I just knew he was ready. He was averaging like 20-something a game in the CBA and now coach (Jeff) Van Gundy has given him an opportunity."

While Joey was drafted in the first round by the Raptors, Stephen went undrafted this past year and accepted an invite to the San Antonio Spurs camp. He was waived by the Spurs and drafted by Sioux Falls of the CBA with the seventh overall selection.

The Graham brothers played together for two years at Oklahoma State.

Joey already is predicting a brawl for their first meeting.

"It's going to be a battle," Joey said. "He's very physical, just like me so there could be some blood shed out there. I'm going to have to tell the refs before the game just to let us play."
