Michael Jordan is fighting another paternity claim just months after a previous case was dismissed.
Laquetta Theus has filed a paternity suit against the NBA legend in Georgia, alleging he fathered her young daughter, who was born in 2010, and demanding child support payments.
Jordan has hit back by filing legal papers suggesting the child's paternity has already been established and he is not her father, according to TMZ.com.
The legal spat comes six months after another woman in Georgia, Pamela Smith, retracted a claim against the former Chicago Bulls star after his lawyer pushed for DNA testing.
She alleged he had fathered her teenage son during a fling in 1995.
Jordan married his longtime girlfriend Yvette Prieto in Florida this past April.
