Miami Heat star Chris Bosh is short a little bling after having his Miami home broken into early Thursday morning.
Miami Beach Police said Bosh was robbed of $340,000 worth of jewelry while he and his wife celebrated his 29th birthday with a Moroccan-themed party at a Miami eatery.
Bosh’s wife, Adrienne, reportedly also had some purses stolen.
Thieves did not take Bosh’s 2012 NBA championship ring but scooped up a number of watches and rings, police said.
“We are leaning on the side of this being an inside job,” Miami Beach Police spokesman Bobby Hernandez told NBC Miami.
Bosh, who spent his first seven NBA seasons with the Toronto Raptors, called the police at 12:30 a.m. Thursday after discovering the break-in when he returned home from his birthday party.
His two children and two housekeepers were in the home at the time of the burglary.
The party at Miami’s Briza on the Bay restaurant featured belly dancers and fire breathers, along with a camel named Henri that greeted guests, NBC Miami reported.
