TORONTO - Shane Battier may not be part of that Miami’s Big Three, but a few more trips to Toronto and they might have to expand it to the Big Four.

Battier though is making his name with his speeches. It was a Battier speech following a win over Toronto back on Super Bowl Sunday as the team bus headed for the airport that got them started on the streak that reached 22 in a row Sunday with a 108-91 win over Toronto.

Post-game Erik Spoelstra gathered the team for the typical post-game assessment and handed the floor to Battier who yet again had a message for his teammates.

“Enjoy what we’ve accomplished but like anything in the past, it’s in the past,” Battier said summing up his speech. “Enjoy the moment and seize the moment. Just do your best this very minute. That’s all we can control. That’s all we can do.”

Battier seemed genuinely embarrassed by all the attention his words of advice were receiving.
