Brooklyn Nets forward Kris Humphries has asked a judge to dismiss a lawsuit from a former lover who alleges she contracted a sexually-transmitted disease from him.
Kayla Goldberg filed a sexual battery and negligible transmission of a venereal disease lawsuit against the NBA player in August 2012, claiming he infected her with genital herpes after they allegedly had unprotected sex in 2010.
Humphries' legal team blasted the allegations, and now he has submitted medical test results in Los Angeles which purportedly prove he does not have the virus.
Humphries wed socialite and reality TV star Kim Kardashian in August 2011 before calling off the union 72 days later. They are still legally married, while she is expecting a child with rapper Kanye West.
