Boy in Odom car crash dies

A teenage boy injured in a car crash involving basketball star Lamar Odom has died.
Odom escaped unscathed when his chauffeur-driven car was involved in an accident which left a motorcyclist and a 15-year-old pedestrian in hospital in New York last week.
The boy sustained major head injuries after the motorcyclist collided with him, and despite undergoing emergency surgery in a bid to save his life, he passed away on Friday.
His funeral was held on Monday, according to TMZ.com.
Odom took to his Twitter.com page to pass on his condolences, writing, "My thoughts and prayers are with the young boys (sic) family..."
