Bulls' Rose named NBA MVP

CHICAGO - Chicago Bulls guard Derrick Rose has been named the NBA's Most Valuable Player.

He led the Bulls to the best record in the NBA during the regular season, and has guided them to the second round of the playoffs. He is the first Bulls player to win MVP since Michael Jordan captured the last of his five in 1998.
