Grizzlies sign Leon Powe

The Memphis Grizzlies have signed forward Leon Powe.
Powe appeared in 14 games for Cleveland this season before being waived on February 24. He had averaged 5.0 points and 2.7 rebounds for the Cavaliers.
The 27-year-old University of California product owns career averages of 6.3 points and 4.0 rebounds in 223 NBA games, including 19 starts, over four-plus seasons with Cleveland and Boston. He was a key reserve for the Celtics during their NBA title run in the spring of 2008.
