LONDON — Keeping up with the Kardashians may or may not be your cup of tea when it comes to reality television, but don’t look to Kris Humphries if it is.
He’s no help at all.
The New Jerseys Nets power forward and former Raptor was more than willing to talk about the Nets and newcomer Deron Williams but the first mention of Kim Kardashian, who on Tuesday finally confirmed the two were actually dating at an appearance on The Rachael Ray show, Hump clammed up.
“Only basketball, my man,” Humphries said refusing to even say whether Ms. Kardashian was in London. “It’s just b-ball when I’m on the b-ball court.”
Humphries, and we point this out because it tends to get missed with all the Kardashian talk, is enjoying the best season of his eight-year career. He’s averaging almost 26 minutes a night which is a career high as are his rebounding numbers (9.4 a night), his scoring (9.0 a night) and is shooting over 50% for the first time in his career.
About the only time he’ll let you down is if you come asking questions about this girlfriend.
