Clippers player facing lawsuit

Los Angeles Clippers player Baron Davis is facing a lawsuit from a photographer who alleges the NBA star threw a pile of dirt at him outside the home of actress Kate Hudson.
Davis was rumoured to be dating the Almost Famous star back in 2008, and a photographer who was waiting outside Hudson's Los Angeles home that year claims an encounter with the pair left him with mud in his eye.
The unnamed photographer has filed a lawsuit alleging that as the stars returned to Hudson's property, Davis became enraged with the waiting paparazzi and "picked up a dirt clod and threw it."
The mud is said to have hit the man in the face and he claims to have suffered damage to his eyeball as a result.
The photographer is demanding $25,000 in damages, according to TMZ.com.
