Los Angeles Lakers superstar Kobe Bryant and his wife Vanessa have settled a wrongful discharge case with their former housekeeper out of court.
Maria Jimenez filed suit against the Bryants in March 2009, alleging she was verbally abused by the NBA player's wife throughout her employment.
She claimed Vanessa constantly "badgered, harassed and humiliated" her by "yelling and screaming" at her in front of other people in their household, and sued the couple for wrongful discharge, invasion of privacy, emotional distress and unpaid wages.
The Bryants denied the accusations, with their lawyers branding the suit "outrageous" and "totally unfounded."
However, the two parties have now reached a settlement and the case has been closed, reports TMZ.com.
