PHILADELPHIA 76ERS

Moves: Acquired F Chris Webber, F Matt Barnes and F Michael Bradley from Sacramento for F Brian Skinner, F Kenny Thomas and F Corliss Williamson.

Acquired F Jamal Mashburn and F Rodney Rogers from New Orleans for F Glenn Robinson.

Analysis: Webber gives Sixers a strong one-two punch with Allen Iverson.

THE HISTORIANS

BOSTON CELTICS

Moves: Acquired F Antoine Walker from the Atlanta Hawks for G Gary Payton, F Tom Gugliotta and F Michael Stewart and first-round pick. Acquired first-round pick from Cleveland for G Jiri Welsch.

Analysis: Reuniting a Walker-Paul Pierce tandem that led Celtics to 2002 Eastern Conference final.

THE REBUILDERS

NEW YORK KNICKS

Moves: Acquired F Maurice Taylor from Houston for G Moochie Norris, F Vin Baker and second-round pick. Acquired F Malik Rose and two first-round picks from San Antonio for C Nazr Mohammed and G Jamison Brewer.
