TORONTO - The Toronto Blue Jays finally ran up against a team in worse shape than they are.

Roll out the welcome mat for the Houston Astros.

The team with the worst record in the big leagues, the Astros are at least living up to their pre-season billing which is something that the Blue Jays can’t lay claim to.

Winners of 34 of their opening 101 games, the Astros turned in loss No. 67 Thursday night as the Blue Jays ended their seven-game losing streak with a 4-0 victory at the Rogers Centre.

But the win wasn’t a walk in the park and didn’t come easily.
