The legend of Munenori Kawaski grows.

This time it almost went from hero to goat.

The Jays insanely popular utility infielder came through in the clutch once again Wednesday night as shaking off an 0-for-18 slump, he banged out a two-run single in the Jays three-run ninth to propel the Jays to a hairy 5-4 victory over the Cleveland Indians.

It was the second clutch late-inning hit of the game for the Jays as in the seventh they received a bases-loaded two-out, two-run single from Emilio Bonifacio which moved the Jays into a 2-1 lead.
