Jays sign Happ, Thole, Bonifacio

The Blue Jays once again avoided the arbitration process Friday by reaching agreement with their three remaining arbitration-eligible plays -- left-handed pitcher J.A. Happ, catcher Josh Thole and infielder Emilio Bonifacio.
