NASHVILLE - Toronto Blue Jays general manager Alex Anthopoulos heads to Toronto Thursday.

He's not even staying for the Rule V draft since his 40-man roster is full.

He said Wednesday he could have made a trade at the 111th winter meetings at the Opryland Hotel.

"There were deals we could have made, but we didn't want to pay the price," Anthopoulos told reporters in his daily briefing session.
