A pair of minor league baseball teams produced a dust-up for the ages Saturday night in Reno, Nevada.

When he struck out a few pitches later, Arruebarrena appeared exchanged words with Reno catcher Blake Lalli before a shoving match began.

Arruebarrena then attempted to throw is batting helmet at a charging Reno player’s face before all hell broke loose.

Arruebarrena was then swarmed and tackled by three of the hometown team’s players as punches started to fly shortly thereafter.

There were 10 ejections stemming from the melee, including Aces manager and former Major Leaguer Phil Nevin.

Reno and Albuquerque are in the midst of a four-game set that saw the visitors lay waste to the Aces 16-7 Friday night.

Part of what might have sparked Saturday night’s incident was Arruebarrena’s slow trot around the bases after hitting a dinger in the series-opener.
