The Los Angeles Lakers’ Nick Young recently threw the ceremonial first pitch at a Dodgers game last week.

His throw was supposed to end up in the catcher’s glove. Instead, it ended up in the stands behind him.

Young doesn’t stand alone with his pitching fail however, and for that reason we have put together a list of other notable ceremonial first pitch fails, check it out:

CARLY RAE JEPSEN, singer

CRJ threw the ceremonial first pitch at a Tampa Bay Rays game.

The pitch will go down in history as the WORST pitch ever times a million.

MARIAH CAREY, singer

Mariah came out to the mound at the Toyko Dome for the ceremonial first pitch wearing heels and a skimpy outfit.

Don’t worry though, her pitch was more pathetic then her choice of attire.

JUSTIN BIEBER, singer

The Biebs threw the first pitch at a Chicago White Sox game.

His throw was a little bit off the mark, just like his attitude these days.

DIRK NOWITZKI, basketball player

Dirk Nowitzki threw the ceremonial first pitch at a Texas Rangers game.

His throw was a bit high for the catcher to grab, but that makes sense, Nowitzki is 7 feet tall after all.

JOHN WALL, basketball player

John Wall should stick to the sport that he knows best.

Wall threw the first pitch at a Nationals-Orioles game, and his throw makes Mariah Carey’s look like a 90 MPH fastball.

SHAWN JOHNSON, gymnast

The Olympic gold medalist threw the ceremonial first pitch at an Iowa Cubs game at Principal Park.

The pitch was not medal worthy.

AMIR JOHNSON, basketball player

Amir Johnson threw the first pitch at a Jay’s game, and the ball made a stop on the turf before crossing the plate.

BARACK OBAMA, U.S. president

President Obama is known for being an avid sports fan.

He threw the ceremonial first pitch at a Washington Nationals game, and his throw was a little off the mark; he should probably just stick to politics.

DON BAYLOR, hitting coach

Instead of a bad pitch thrown, Los Angeles Angels hitting coach Don Baylor breaks his leg after catching the ball.

The 64 year old shifted his weight, and the rest was history.

LEXI THOMPSON, golfer

Lexi threw the first pitch at a Miami Marlins game, and for someone who makes a living off sinking a little ball into a little hole, she couldn’t get the baseball anywhere near the glove.
