TORONTO - 1 Toronto Blue Jays Programs, get your programs! Can’t tell the players without one! Those lineup hawkers may actually be right on this one with – give or take a bench player – more than half the projected 25-man Jays lineup new from a year ago. To recap, we have (take a deep breath): R.A. Dickey, Josh Johnson, Mark Buehrle, Esmil Rogers, Maicer Izturis, Jose Reyes, Melky Cabrera, Emilio Bonifacio, Russ Canzler and Josh Thole, all being added by trade or free-agent signing in the past 48 days, along with J.A. Happ, Brad Lincoln and Steve Delabar who jumped on board last season – making for 13 fresh faces. That, folks, is an overhaul. And did we mention new manager John Gibbons as well?
