Former New York Yankees ace Don Larsen gave his two grandchildren the perfect gift.

A college education.

The present is a result of Larsen's 1956 World Series jersey fetching $756,000 at Steiner Sports’ memorabilia auction.

Larsen pitched the only perfect game in World Series history on Oct. 8, 1956. The Yankees won Game 5 against the Brooklyn Dodgers 2-0.

Larsen is one of 23 players in professional baseball’s modern era to accomplish such a feat, making the jersey seem like a bargain basement deal.

Is the season lost for the Toronto Blue Jays or is there still time to turn things around?
Plenty of time to get it turned around
They're quickly running out of time
It's lost. When do the Argos start?
It was over before it began
