Wrigley Field's visitors locker room is the worst clubhouse in the major leagues, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The New York Mets have been reminded of that this week, as they are playing the Cubs in Chicago.
The visitors room at Wrigley is about one-fifth the size of the Mets' home clubhouse at Citi Field.
"At Wrigley Field, there's no room to go anywhere," Mets left fielder Jason Bay said.
The facility lacks the niceties to which players have become accustomed: A cafeteria, a TV lounge, a video room -- even a couch.
The Cubs are planning an upgrade but are awaiting partial public financing.
