1. Brett Lawrie

Lawrie looked at a high full-count pitch from Tampa Bay Rays closer Fernando Rodney and started trotting to first base when he realized that Miller had called him out on Tuesday night at the Rogers Centre. Lawrie had also headed toward first after the 3-1 pitch that he thought was ball four.

2. Phillip Wellman

After reportedly arguing balls and strikes through the first few innings, the Mississippi Braves manager loses it in an incident that hardly seemed ad-lib. Still, using the rosin bag as a grenade is priceless.

3. Joe Mikulik

The manager of the Asheville Tourists goes after an umpire following a bad call at second base. We understand the rage towards the second base umpire, but why the hostility towards the guy behind home plate?

4. Wally Backman (Graphic Warning)

The South Georgia Peanuts manager went ballistic after one of his players was ejected for questioning pitch location during an at bat. The manager asks for an explanation and gets an answer that doesn’t sit well.

5. George Brett

Anyone who watches sports has seen the infamous George Brett pine tar incident.

6. Jose Offerman

Offerman was banned for life from the Dominican winter league for throwing a punch at an umpire. The altercation apparently began due to the ejection of his catcher, who was arguing balls and strikes.

7. Delmon Young

While playing with the Durham Bulls, Young, who currently plays for the Detroit Tigers, threw his bat at an umpire following a called third strike. He was suspended for 50 games without pay for the incident.

8. Kash Beauchamp

The Wichita Wingnuts manager took issue with a called strike. We can't quite make out what he's saying, but apparently it involved footwear.

9. Gary Robinson

The manager of the State College Spikes, an affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates, blows up after an umpire gives a batter a free base. Although he does the usual -- covers home plate with dirt, steals first base, yells -- he goes above and beyond by autographing the bag and offering it to a fan.

10. Stubby Clapp

In 2011, the Tri-City ValleyCats manager, who hails from Windsor, Ont., was thrown out of a game against the Auburn Doubledays after an argument with umpires over a hit-by-pitch call.
