Strasburg to make season debut in September
By Sports Network

ATLANTA - The Washington Nationals have decided how their pitching rotation will look next week, and apparently, it will include fire-baller Stephen Strasburg.

The 2009 first-overall pick has been in the minor leagues all season recovering from Tommy John surgery. He's due to make his final rehab start for Double-A Harrisburg on Thursday, possibly throwing 75-80 pitches or six innings.

Strasburg could then make his 2011 major league season debut next Tuesday, September 6, against the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Strasburg started 12 games last season for Washington, posting a 2.91 earned- run average to go with 92 strikeouts and 17 walks, along with a 5-3 record.

The San Diego native introduced himself to major league hitters on June, 8 2010 against the Pittsburgh Pirates. He struck out 14 hitters in just seven innings of work.

Is the season lost for the Toronto Blue Jays or is there still time to turn things around?
Plenty of time to get it turned around
They're quickly running out of time
It's lost. When do the Argos start?
It was over before it began
