O's reliever Bergesen hit by line drive By Sports Network

Baltimore Orioles reliever Brad Bergesen was forced out of Friday's 10-3 loss against the Red Sox after being hit by a line drive on the right forearm in the fourth inning.

David Ortiz lined a ball back up the middle with two outs. It deflected off Bergesen and resulted in a base hit. Bergesen was diagnosed with a right forearm contusion.

The Orioles were behind 8-0 at the time of Bergesen's departure. He was replaced by Chris Jakubauskas.
