NEW YORK -- Major League Baseball has suspended Chicago White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen two games for his actions during Wednesday's game against the New York Yankees.

Guillen was ejected in the first inning by home plate umpire Todd Tichenor for arguing balls and strikes.

While in the locker room, Guillen made the following comments on Twitter about his ejection:

"This one going to cost me a lot money this is patetic."

"Today a tough guy show up at yankee stadium."

Guillen was also fined an undisclosed amount for his actions.

He will miss Chicago's home games Friday and Saturday against the Baltimore Orioles.
