Castro injures knee

LAKELAND, FL - Houston Astros starting catcher Jason Castro sprained his right knee during Wednesday's 6-3 win over the Tigers.
The injury was sustained in the seventh inning when Castro was trying to beat out a ground ball.
Selected No. 10 by the Astros in the 2008 draft, Castro will undergo an MRI exam on Thursday.
The 23-year-old hit .205 with two homers and eight RBI in 67 games as a rookie for Houston last season.
