Report: Gorzelanny traded to the Nats
By Sports Network

Washington - The Washington Nationals have reportedly acquired left-hander Tom Gorzelanny from the Chicago Cubs for three minor leaguers.

For Gorzelanny, MLB.com reports, Chicago is expected to receive outfielder Michael Burgess, right-hander A.J. Morris and left-hander Graham Hicks -- none are considered to be top-10 prospects.

Gorzelanny became expendable after the Cubs acquired Matt Garza from Tampa Bay earlier this month and will compete for a rotation spot with seven other Washington pitchers

The 28-year-old is coming off a season in which he went 7-9 with a 4.09 ERA in 29 appearances (23 starts). He has a career ERA of 4.68 in 118 games and a 36-37 record.

Is the season lost for the Toronto Blue Jays or is there still time to turn things around?
Plenty of time to get it turned around
They're quickly running out of time
It's lost. When do the Argos start?
It was over before it began
