LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla -- Colorado Rockies manager Jim Tracy, in Florida for the winter meetings, has been released from a local hospital and diagnosed with mild Arrhythmia.

Tracy is returning to his home in Bradenton, Fla., with his family.

The team reported on its website that Tracy collapsed near a set of elevators at his hotel early Tuesday morning. The 54-year-old skipper was conscious and responsive when he was being attended to by emergency personnel and stood with assistance prior to leaving the building on a stretcher.

Tracy won the 2009 National League Manager of the Year Award after taking over in Colorado during the season. Last year, the Rockies finished 83-79, good for third place in the competitive NL West.
